1. 30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in new condition;
- include all original packaging and accessories;
- show no signs of wear, scratches, modifications, or damage caused after delivery;
- include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used yoyos
- Used bearings
- Used strings
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.
If we determine the item is defective or we made an error, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
5. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with:
- your order number;
- the reason for the return;
- photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
Please do not return products without first receiving return instructions.
